The firm is run by the owner, who lay the policy guidelines and direction on all matters appertaining to the running of the company and its overall strategy. The Organizational set-up consists of departments, which deal with all aspects of Architectural and Structural Design of Building and Civil Construction Works. A professionally qualified member of staff heads each Department. The departments are as follows:
The Managing Director
The Managing Director is the Chief Executive who ensures smooth running of the Company on daily routines. He holds a diploma in civil engineering and a diploma in project management. His duties in the company include marketing, planning and technical control of all projects both Company developed and client based sites.
Technical Director
The Technical Project Manager deals with the day-to-day running of projects both own and client based. his Department deals with planning, design, interpretation and supervision of all Construction works in consultation with the Architects, Quantity Surveyor and Civil Engineers.
The Operations Manager
The Operations Director deals with the routine Personnel, Equipments, Finance and Marketing of the company products. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
PROJECT ORGANIZATION
Lately, the company has adopted a Matrix organization structure for management of projects, which involves dynamic organization of project teams in a matrix structure. Responsibility for project implementation lies with teams as opposed to individuals. Each team comprises members drawn from both the technical departments of the company as well as administrative ones. Further, project teams comprise members drawn from third parties such as sub-contractors, consultants and project managers. Operations of the project teams are guided by project charters evolved by requisite teams according to the demands of each project. The project charter comprises:

PROPERTIES, FACILITIES & EQUIPMENTS
Though the Company has its own assets, the owners’ fixed assets are used for provision of securities, bonds and guarantees. The firm has its offices/Workshop in Nairobi on Mukinduri road off Forest Edge Road, Karen and a metal/wood workshop in Dagoreti Corner, Nairobi and is in the process of identifying premises in Mombasa.
The firm has own equipment for both building and civil works though we also hire more specialized vehicles and equipments on long and short-term basis.
